Falbin Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has been manufacturing Process Equipment, Pre Feb Building Structure & SPM at Shankar Patel Industrial Estate, Taluka Savli, Village Manjusar, (Vadodara, Gujarat, India). The manufacturing unit covers 4500 square feet area, which is well-equipped with latest Machine Shop, Mild Steel & Stainless Steel Fabrication Shop, EOT Crane and Jib Crane. 

Such excellent facility enables the company to manufacture all the units successfully in a cost-effective way, while maintaining the highest quality standards and latest industrial trends. Also, it provides comprehensive documentation including quality manual like IQ, DQ, OQ and PQ along with complete set of drawings and certification as required by Pharmaceutical Companies/Statutory Body/MNC/Agencies.

The company has a versed team of designers & engineers that configure the units effectively to meet your production needs and floor plan etc. It possesses complete support and service to its growing customers base which is an another valued asset.

Currently, we fabricate all types of Process Equipments such as Storage Tanks, Vessel, Reactor, Receiver, Heat Exchanger, Condenser, Re Boiler, Solvent Recovery Column, and Special Purpose Machinery like Dryer, Blender, Mixers etc. from MOC : IS 2062, Boiler Quality Plate and Stainless Steel, etc. These are designed according to various fabrication guidelines or codes: IS:10987:1992, IS 803, API:650 & ASME SEC:VIII:Division:1, PESO Rules and TEMA Standards. 

Falbin Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is prepared to set up its own machine shop for the manufacture of SS / MS Flanges, MS / SS Lined Flanges, Heat Exchanger Tube Sheet, Bearing Housing and MS / SS Lined Body Flanges for Reactor with latest standards & norms. The company has planned to cater domestic as well as overseas market by establishing extra manpower / distributors / agents / franchises, and by around the clock operation of manufacturing facility.

Falbin Engineering has been awarded with Quality Management System support, such as ISO 9001:2008 and NABCB certifications by BSCIC. Also, it has started basic activity of assorted approvals like IBR 3 G and 6 G, from various known design consultants including PDIL, EIL, Linde & UDHE, etc. The company also strives to enter in the business of EPC work for turnkey projects of Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Foods & Petro Chemical sectors.
